Primary Teacher's Education College, (PTEC), rampur jalalpur is affiliated to (AIICCE) All India Institute of Child Care and Education, running under The Best Education Society Regd. by NCT Government of India. We provide courses such as (N.T.T.) Nursery Teacher Training, (N.P.T.T.) Nursery & Primary Teachers Training and (P.P.T.) Primary Teachers Training in Patna center for aspiring women who want their career in teaching platform. It is a complete teacher training course for those who aspire to take up teaching in pre and primary schools. Our (NTT) Nursery Teacher Training to (PTT) Primary Teacher Training courses help the teachers to emphasize the nursery teaching method, principles and approaches of early childhood education. Our NTT / PTT is stepping stone of formal education and the training which is more emphasized on how to prepare with the latest developments. The course will enable the candidates to become aware of the development stages which will be useful while framing the age appropriate lesson, activities, games, etc.

About teachers, the Education Commission (1964-66) had observed, of all the factors that influence the quality of education the quality, competence and character of teachers are undoubtedly the most significant. In a view to strengthen the teacher education, the National Policy on Education (NPE 1986) and Programme of action (POA 1992) envisaged a District level Institute in the shape of District Institute of Education and Training (DIET). Prior to the adoption of NPE, National level and State level Institutions like NCERT, NUPEA and SCERT provided support to the elementary Teacher Education particularly in the area of pre service teacher educaion. As per the guidelines of NPE, a Centrally sponsored Scheme of Restructuring and Reorganization of Teacher Education was approved in October 1987, thereby a third-distric-level-tier i.e. District Institute of Education and Training Institutes were formed throughout the country in all districts.

प्राथमिक शिक्षक शिक्षा महाविद्यालय, मैं अकादमिक सत्र के लिए 2 वर्षीय सेवा पूर्व प्रशिक्षण ( डिप्लोमा इन एलिमेंट्री एजुकेशन )में नामांकन हेतु महिला एवं पुरुष अभ्यर्थियों से ऑनलाइन माध्यम से आवेदन आमंत्रित किया जाता है |
Total Seats :- 150 सीटों (सीट का 50% विज्ञान तथा 50% कला वाणिज्य अभ्यार्थियों के लिए आरक्षित होगा)
NCTE द्वारा कुल सीट का 5% दिव्यांग विद्यार्थियों के लिए आरक्षित होगा तथा 10% उर्दू विषय के अभ्यार्थियों के लिए आरक्षित होगा |
Education Qualification :- नामांकन हेतु सामान्य अभ्यर्थियों की न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक इन्टरमीडिएट/+2 में 50 % अंक के साथ उत्तीर्ण तथा अनु0जाति/जन जाति/ अभ्यर्थियों के लिए 5% की छूट होगी।
उम्र सीमा :- नामांकन हेतु 1 जनवरी 2019 को न्यूनतम आयु 17 बर्ष होना आवश्यक है ।
